The fusion of the architectural project, created by Miquel Sitjŕ, and the engineering project, made by lavola’s engineers, has allowed designing a building that meets the company’s needs and the sustainability criteria. |
|
| |
- Maximum saving in the resources consumption (materials, water and energy) and minimum waste generation all along its life cycle: construction, use and operation, and deconstruction.
- The industrials, providers and products have been chosen according to the promoter's social and environmental compromise and to the following criteria: proximity, social and environmental sensibility, and use of products and services with an ecological certification (ISO or similar).
|
|
- Integration with the existing urban surroundings.
- Adaptation to the local weather.
- Creation of a flexible space that allows an easy relationship between workplaces and that is adaptable to the organising changes of the company.
- Participative conception, based on the dialogue and exchange between the professionals that redacted the architecture and installation project and the future users of the building.
