The Ecobuilding is the new central office of lavola, a company that offers environmental services with 25 years of experience. During its construction, the whole multidisciplinary team of the company has taken part in it. As well as external assessors, who often collaborate in the company's projects. This shows the technical capability of our company in the efficient and sustainable construction field.

In lavola we have demonstrate that a new way of designing and constructing, that takes care of the people that will use that space and of the surroundings where it is constructed, it is possible, adopting the most efficient environmental solutions for the whole life cycle of the building: design, promotion and construction, operation, use and deconstruction.

The selection of the most appropriate criteria for an efficient and economically feasible construction has allowed us to create our own methodology that can be applied to any other kind of construction.
