We studied different solutions to choose the air conditioning system, as it had to be the most efficient and appropriate for the local weather (extreme temperatures and fog).

In winter, we use an in-floor radiant heating with hot water (40ºc). This allows a 40% saving in natural gas compared to a conventional office building.

In summer, we refrigerate the building using the radiant floor to circulate water at 17ºc and hygienic renewal air. This saves an 8% of electricity and conditioning air
