The respir wall has an air chamber layer between the interior and the exterior plaques. This system increases the isolation of the building when, on summer, some façades are overheated. The use of prefabricated materials and mechanical unions generates very little construction waste when the building is deconstructed.
On the south façade there is a sound reducing glasshouse and on the west there are balconies oriented to the south with exterior sliding blinds. These balconies, which have a centralised control, allow receiving as much solar lightning as possible and reduce the air conditioning and artificial lightning needs.
