We have installed low flow bathroom fittings and taps that save between a 20 and a 40% of the water that a conventional building uses.
We use high efficient lightning that reduces a 40% the electricity consumption compared with a conventional building. We also have a sectorial lighting system and, in some spaces, movement detectors to turn on the light.
The lift has a low energetic consumption, so it saves a 30% of the electricity that uses a conventional one. Moreover, it doesn't need oil and has a low acoustic impact (a maximum of 50 dba.)
