| On the south façade, there is a glasshouse, which has volume of 76 m3 of glass. On winter, it preheats the incoming renewed air of the building before passing through the air conditioning, reducing the use of the heating in the offices. Furthermore, the glass structure acts as a sound reducer and absorbs the sound caused by the proximity of one of the busiest streets of Manlleu.
The study of the acoustical conditioning of the offices takes into account the isolation of the reprography area in each floor from the rest of common spaces.
